"I had an amazing massage in Brigham City with Eva that went beyond my expectations. Eva provided a full treatment with deep tissue massage, cupping, scraping, hot stones, and cold stones. Her knowledge of the body was impressive and she explained everything, making me feel completely at ease. Her space was welcoming and adorable, and I left feeling like a million bucks. If you’re in Brigham City and want the best massage, she’s the one to see!"

what whitney Said:

When your husband takes you on a 16 mile hike and it breaks your body and sole you should go see Eva! I texted her and she got me in the same day. When I came in I could barely walk, when I left I walked out standing straight and nearly a normal pace. Definitely give her a call.

What Chelsey  said:

What can I say about Eva's magic hands? They are everything when it comes to your massage needs. I like a medium pressure with an intuitive touch and Eva delivers leaving you feeling you have melted away stress. I work and hold space for others in the Healthcare field and I need the practitioners who are grounded, intuitive, strong in their passions and line of work and Eva provides all of this. I love her prenatal massages too because it is not just a light patting, you actually get pain relief and relaxation. Eva does spoil you with her add ons so check them out!

what Danielle said:

Eva was absolutely fantastic!
I really appreciated that she took the time to check in with me about any issues before she started. She listened and adjusted based on my preferences and needs. Her easy communication let me know that I wasn't just another person on the schedule, but that she was there to make my experience great.

The relaxed atmosphere, beautiful scents, and her intuitive skill with the amount of pressure made the experience exquisite!

Schedule yourself a  massage

Prenatal massage offers intentional time to slow down, reconnect with the body, and receive care during a season that asks so much physically and mentally.

Pregnancy, life, and parenthood is overwhelming. We have been taught to wait until we can't function, then keep going. This isn't sustainable. Take time for yourself and schedule a massage.

The average person's reccomended visitation routine for massage is every 4-8 weeks. More importantly, it's important to listen to your body. When you start feeling tense you've waited too long!
For prenant individuals, the average reccomendation is as frequent as your doctor visits. A small study reported that out of 28 women, massaged mothers reported a shorter and less painful births.

There is not one specific way "the best birth" would look like. As a parent, you intuitively know what your ideal birth looks like for you. Creating and communicating your birth preferences help your team understand how they can best support your ideal birth. Not only should your birth team be on board with your birth preferences and goals, but your location should too. The environment of a home birth is very different from a hospital, and your goals, values, and ideologies might be better supported in one location more than the other.
